Walter Frost began trading in York St Sydney back in 1923. During the 60s the company purchased land in Holt Street, to expand from linings into fashion textiles. Max Frost & Co soon became well known to the up-and-coming fashion labels in Sydney as a provider of quality fashion fabrics and linings. In 1967 the company established a Melbourne office offering better services to the growing fashion scene within Melbourne. By the mid 1990s Robert Frost, son of Max, had taken control of the company and continued the vision of his father to be known as the premier supplier of fabrics & linings throughout Australia.In 2008 the company relocated to its current modern premises in Alexandria. We now carry running stock lines in a large range of colours & fabrics. The company focuses on Australian labels to source the latest fabrications and with many customers to bring their artwork and designs to life using a variety of fabrics. From small beginnings, the team at Max Frost look forward to helping you with your textile needs.
